limited stock available and most of the time you may have to improvise to modify certain equipment because that's what happens with second hand equipment.
Other than that they can manufacture a New product as well(a cheaper version/less durable) ; but it works fine for new comers into the FOOD BUSINESS. Overall it's upto luck if tou find the exact same equipment as per requirement. 80/100 marks.???
