My second call was to this outlet. I was amazed at the professionalism and courteous behaviour of Mr Pandey the manager. He ordered a kettle for me as he did not have one in stock. When I went to pick it up his efficient and polite manner made me feel so happy to have bought an Usha product. His example ensures all the staff behave the same way with everyone.
