This way you are forced to opt for home service and pay them Rs. 250 visit charges when the replacement part is worth just Rs. 100. This company's Grievance Officer doesn't pickup calls. The company customer care executive speaks crammed lines. No support to customers. It is a fraud company. Please do not buy their low quality products.
