β β β β β Hospital environment ia very friendly, Dr. Dipan sir treats so nicely. I have taken treatment of many Doctors but there is no result, after met Dr. Dipan sir and he councelling me for IVF treatment and now my dream come true to became mother. I have one baby boy.All staff are full supported and specially Dr. Anupa madam is also treated so nicely. Thanks to Dr. Dipan sir and Dr. Usha madam.

β β β β β There is no doctor here for regular patient or new patient, if the doctor is in any surgery then every patient here has to sit for 3 to 4 hours to see the doctor.
And not every patient can sit and wait in such a state of pregnancy,
I am very unhappy with this service.
even if you ask someone about a doctor, you get the answer that they don't know how long the surgery will last.
It is difficult for a woman to sit for 3 to 4 hours in such a situation even for her regular check up. I am very unhappy with this and I don't think it's good for anyone. It's so much time taking.

β β β β β We had a great experience at Usha Nursing Home with Dr. Dipen & Dr. Usha,and all the staff are very co-operative and professional. Thank you to all for giving us our god's precious gift.
OPD waiting can be improved. As it is long specially on Tuesday & Saturday. I think it may due to Report seen for sonography done on the same day.
Room cleaning can also be improved.
Overall it was a great experience. I recommend Usha for your better experience.

β β β β β So, the worst experience I ever had; Dr. Usha was so rude during talking to a patient. I have two visits the second visit they told me you are old case so we prefer you after all new cases. Suddenly they changed doctor without informing patient. They gave me bunch of unnecessary medicine that is not even required for me. I suggest please donβt go in Usha nursing home ever. I donβt have choice of negative rating otherwise I wil do that.

Me and my family have experience since 2000 when uterus operation of my mother & recent for my wife treatment in 2020-21.
