It was told that the RO will be installed within 24-72 hrs but its been 4th day and nobody has turned up for installation after daily reminders and requests to customer care. Extremely dissatisfied with poor services. Would not recommend anyone to buy USHA Shriram's products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Complain about my water heater has been registered on 28th Dec 2017 n till date it has not been resolved. If there is a negetive marking I will give them the worst. I m tired of this company. My urge to everyone for not using any product this company product.

They are disastrous just like their products. I purchased ro and within a month it stopped working. They are giving only dates and now not responding to my call as well. Customer complaint no 136504. Choose anything but not USHA Shriram. The complaint is registered since 17th Oct 2019.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased their geyser last year. Last Sunday it stopped working. As the product is in the warranty period,we turned to the company for help.They made all sorts excuses(including Delhi Election)
and sent no one to check the fault.
FOR THE PAST 8 DAYS WE HAD TO MANAGE WITHOUT A GEYSER in such cold weather waiting for the company to hv mercy on us !
NEVER EXPECTED TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS BY SUCH A "REPUTED COMPANY"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have purchased Eurolex Water Heater from Usha Shriram. within a year it is leaking. I complained about this they changed the tank of water heater but after 3 months it is again leaking. I lodge complaint on 28.5.2019 but till date my problem not solved. Very poor service. I daily complained but they have repeated one reply we solve your problem on urgent basis. Very worst experience
