★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Towers are congested, Building material is OK. Many bachelor's like from Ashoka University are residing there, Shops of grocery & icecream parlour is there. Flats are available in 2,3,4 & 5 BHK .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite nice society to have a residency or house of your own in it. As most of my professors of SRM UNIVERSITY Delhi-NCR Sonepat Haryana lives there. For any grocery,stationary items you may go to the shops within the society. The construction of rooms and buildings is nice and made up of good material.
Moreover it's quite a good location to have your house as it have all accessibilities near you as talking of malls etc.
It's kind of location not very inside Sonepat and it's not very far from Delhi also.
Else the other experience you will have yourself when you visit there for it.
It's nice place to have home with heavenly experience.

I am one of resident for this society badly constructed and managed by Pardesi Developers and most of flats are unsold here and are been rented out to labour class, students, guest house for day couples, etc which is just a bad environment for residents who invested hard earned money in this bad project assuming Raju Pardesi owner of this development may taking this project seriously but he hardly doesnt care.
No security, No Maintenance Staff, No cleaning of Lifts and Stair Case, Light fluctuation as taken electricity from village not having direct pole, Labour all across society, Property Dealers are managing maintenance who are most interested in earning commissions in renting rather than listening to grievances of families staying here. Parking a major issue as basement parking is not been ready yet despite possession given on records few years back.
Never invest in such township not even for rented of. Better go PARKER or MAX HEIGHT for peace of mind and better standard of living. Dont stay here in Slum designed by Pardesi Group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Society is pretty good ,it consists of underground parking, club hiuse , swimming pool, games room , parks , badminton court, volley ball court, cricket court and different shops . However the society is located on the highway so shops are faraway but society is good
It has a lot of greenery and many parks. The flats are spacious and good too.
