★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The station is housed in a British era building. Despite the crowd is well maintained and is clean.few local train are available from here.
In case if some one just wants to check out the place do buy a platform ticket to visit as in India without platform tickets one can't enter the railway station. There is no need to buy the platform tickets if one is traveling by a train starting from there..
Fabulous atmosphere in great environs and a beautiful setting.
this is a much cleaner railway station .though i had a very small time spent to this station but i was happy to see that it was clean
