★ ★ ★ ★ ★ USTAD is definitely justifying it's name with the experistise in the preparation of their delicacies. Every dish is scrumptious and really mouthwatering. The packaging is extremely hygienic and also keeps the flavours intact with use of eco friendly packaging.I recently tried
STARTERS:
◆Dahi kebab- A tender, melt in mouth and a flavourful combination preparation. This starter is a vegetarians delight and a perfect companion for drinks. The combination of sweet and tangy flavour gives it a perfect taste
◆Malai tikka- Perfectly roasted chicken chunks covered in cream and flavourful spices giving it a perfect texture and flavour. Tossed with masala to enhance it's taste
BIRYANI
◆Dumdar murgh biryani- The dumdar biryani has all tbe strength to satisfy your taste buds and the biryani craving. The biryani is prepared in a small handi and served directly in it, so that the flavours remain intact. The chunky boneless chicken pieces are bite sized and perfectly flavoured not being too spicy. Although it has large quantity but you'll definitely end up eating it all without sharing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ustad is a delivery outlet located in GK1 and serves amazing North Indian and Mughlai food to your doorstep till 11:00 P.M. (operates from 11:30 A.M. - 3:30 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. - 11:00 P.M.) As the name says, they are really Ustad with their flavors and tastes.
The menu at Ustad has a lot of variety that ranges from Starters to Main Course items and it includes Biryani, Raita, Bread and Desserts. Out such a wide menu I ordered Dahi Ke Kebab, Kadhai Paneer, and Dum Murgh Ki Curry. The food accompanied with Green Chilli Parantha and salad.
Dahi Ke Kebab: Soft and melts in the mouth in no time. Tastes well with chutney.
Dum Murgh Ki Curry - It was delivered in little cute Handi, full of aroma and flavor. It has enough chicken pieces and they are perfectly cooked and melts in the mouth. The gravy was right, had the right amount of flavors and it tastes well.
Kadhai Paneer - Has enough amount of Paneer piece and contains the right flavor.
Talking about packaging it was good and they make sure that everything reaches you as it is. The delivery was on time and the food delivered to me was red hot.
Overall, it was a very good experience and the food was great, freshly cooked, well presented and really happy with my decision to order from this outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried dum ki murg curry, laccha paratha and butter naan. Amazing packing very hygienic.
Handi murg was very appealing, smooth and extremely tasty. Chicken was soft and cooked to the bones. Gravy was very balanced and full of flavours.
Laccha paratha and butter naan were so damn tasty.
Overall a great taste. Must try.

The price as compared to the other delivery outlets was reasonable enough. Will surely recommend it in my circle to try once to explore the wonderful taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the name says it all, this place is actually Ustaad of Mughlai Flavors, Aromas and Quality. Not much restaurants are able to deliver quality nowadays, but this outlet has surpass my expectations to perfection. Loved the packaging as if the entire dining table has been wrapped in their delivery box.
Located in the Posh South Delhi locality, the have ensured and are renowned to deliver hygienically packed presentable food even in their delivery orders. The food was delivered well in time and eco-friendly Paper and Earthen pots packaging. That earthiness and authentic packaging enhanced the Aromas and taste of the food delivered to us.
This is what I tried:
Dum chicken Biryani came in Sealed Earthen pot. The biryani was Dum to perfection and aromas were outstanding. The flaky rice and chicken chunks were perfectly dum and tasted superb.
Tandoori Pomfret is a must try. The see through packaging in a fine cardboard box was so inviting. The fish was plump, perfectly Chargrilled and oozing out juices that was visible. These beautiful boxes are microwave friendly for reheating and looks really good. Fish was delicious, soft, flaxy, yet crispy skin. Flavors were awesome. A must must try here.
Dum ka Chicken curry with Pudhina parantha and butter naan. A Rich yet light gravy that was finger licking good. Tender chicken pieces on bone so well cooked in a tomato base curry. Tasted so good with Parantha and Naan.
Overall, they are Rightly called Ustaad as they truly serve Mughlai food as Ustaad. One of my favorites now and I am going to order regularly with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best outlets for North Indian food, full marks for packing 5/5, specially the way they packed biryani and Gobhi in handi. I ordered DUM Gobhi, Murg Lababdar, Channa lahori and Purani Dilli Veg Biryani. Hot and Scrumptious food delivered on time. Dum Gobhi was really good, Channa lahori was spicy, chick peas were well cooked, veg biryani was nice, had lots of veggies. No complaints at all. Really lip snaking meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I ordered some north indian dishes for dinner from the well known restaurant in greater kailash. Ustad truly serves delicious north indian dishes. Got the food warm enough and on time. I ordered paneer lababdar, paneer makhani and dal makhani. In paneer lababdar, the gravy was piquant and paneer pieces were well mixed. In paneer makhani the paneer pieces were well marinated in thick buttery gravy. Dal makhani was very soothing. Food from ustad made our dinner soecial. I even like their packaging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ustad was on my list for a long time and yesterday I was in no mood of cooking and ordered from Ustad. I had ordered
- Nizan non veg platter - This was ultimate and a hard core non vegetarian like me loved the variety of chicken and the delicacies. The fish was yummy and every dish in this platter was superb. Well prepared and lip smacking.
- Murgh lababdar - This was scrumptious with amazing texture and the boneless chicken was tender.
- Green chilli paratha - it was chilli and fiery
- laccha paratha- yumm
- butter naan - buttery and good
- garlic naan - my favorite
This has become one of my favorite place to order from and I am definitely gonna try their other delicacies.
The packaging was something that amazed me as everything was intact and loved the packaging. Minimal use of plastic.
