★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service by UTI. I haven’t received any update on my PAN Card via e-mail or phone number. While calling the helpline number, they also revert back saying that they are facing technical issue and cannot assist us. Not recommended at all.
NSDL is always better than UTI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited for more than an hour they keep saying the server is down , when it was working they didn't had my form and started picking randomly for the application. What's the meaning of waiting in queue if they don't follow it.
The staff is utterly unprofessional....singing song and not doing work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you submitted physical documents here then it will take 15-20 days to reach the main office of UTI MUMBAI, Then 2 days for verification and allotment of your Pan card and 1 day for online pan at your mail id and approximately 1 week for physical pan card to reach your address.
