★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bad impression on UTI based on past experiences.. Was pleasantly surprised.. Very professional - they know their stuff - and take every effort to resolve issues to how much they can.. Mine was a 30 year old issue.. The big difference and a key reason why they are good - a Center run completely by women.. Need more such places. where they know their business and professional. The problem at times are the visitors - they do not follow rules.. Hats off to the women staff -

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is to place on record a wonderful service with dedication extended to me by one of the staff members, Ms Akshada Vichare during my visit to UTI office at Borivali West Branch. After sad demise of my mother, I went to UTI office for transmission cum redemption of units under various Folios. However, the way Ms Akshada handled my case and helped me to get all the units transmitted / redeemed in a short span of time was highly commendable. Sincerely feeling such kind of persons with positive attitude should be in every office on higher position.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uti sms says payment paid, in fact payment not receive in any account. Seems UTI is send fake sms to it's customer. Unit said on sebi website were more then given in Statment. absolutely wrong communication and wrong work ways. This is the main reason I will not able to tust this UTI house. Less units allocated. Less money after many years. Only thing I can recommend is to put redemption. Ye mutual fund sahi nai hai.
