Utkal Heights Flat Owners Society !! on Google
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For last 30 days Utkal Heights residents are facing too much problem becoz of the bad attitude of the builder.
He is not restoring the damages done by Fani although he is managing the society and taking regular maintenance from the Residents !!
We are in threat of being robbed , theft , or even may loose our lives becoz the boundary walls are all broken and total society is in a crticial situation.
Pls suggest what to do ??
We residents have also given a written complain in Balianta Police Station but there is no action from there end also.
This is a high building with 22 storeys without any FIRE CLEARANCE till date...
We dont have Occupany Certificate too..
Any day an incident like SURAT can take place here...
Pls save our lives !!! Pls treat this mssg as the SOS from the residents of Utkal Heights from Utkal Builders

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal recommendation to investor not to invest your capital in to Utkal Galleria Mall. It's better close the mall & continue with Utkal Oyo . Footfall of the mall is around 700-1000/- only on weekend.In just 2.5 years of mall many Brands shutdown their business because of huge loss(black Berry-One Friday-Dosa Plaza-Levis Etc) because of investors unable to recover Electricity & staff Salary truly. Management charging 100-125/sft as rental without any Multiplex. Contract with PVR is cancelled due to scenario of the mall. My personal request to all the Investors not to do business with Loss making project.
