★ ★ ★ ★ ★ most worst place to live in. the builder behaves always doing illegal constructions , not abiding by rules and regulations. no occupany certificate , no fire clearences. residents are living in a danger situation . any day anything can happen here. we are too much worried about the future of this apartment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful building to look but wall r very weakly made,walls becomes wet during winter and rainy season, amenities are good but maintenance in charge except few are worthless,never looks after your problems. Rules and regulations are fake. Only main gate sequirity is tight. As its said that "all that glitters, is not gold."

With time it has been tested to stand against it's all competitions from other builders .. The only thing is about some of the staff that are recruited by the builders boast of and do harass some of the residents,, this has been a common element of dissatisfaction among some residents since many time...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am staying here since two months and am very happy and content with building and management here. The views are awesome, the rooms are airy. There is some problem of power cut, but since they provide diesel generator backup, it's not much of an issue. There 24x7 strict security here, and they really take efforts to keep premises neat and tidy. The amenities provided are really good and are maintained professionally.

Mine As Well. I Had A Few Chance To Visit Inside And The Experience Was Breathtaking. Lovely Ambience, Well Located, Clean And Spacious. What Else To Ask For And It's Affordable. Also Available On Rent. I Am Looking Forward To Buy My Dream House Soon.
