★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a gated residential complex just on the Teghoria to Nagerbazar road at the junction of Arjunpur. It is facilitated with the community hall gymnasium library temple and 24 hour security system. But the roof height is very low due to the underground parking system at basement.

It is a six storied blocks with 4 flats in each floor.Each flat is provided with an intercom phone which is directly connected with the security office. The Apartment is located in a good position and has all the necessary amenities like Community Hall, Gymnasium, Indoor games room, Library and Temple. The apartment has the basic facilities like lift,24*7 security, basement parking and also guest parking area. The entrance of the flat is well decorated with flowers and fountains. The apartment is located opposite to Baguiati Police Station. The residents have an easy access to pharmacy, grocery, stationery, sweet shops etc.
