★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid. Worst Car Rental Agency in Kolkata. Fraudulent. Pretends to be professional by taking deposit upfront but failing to deliver service on time. Had 6 bookings with them for which they had taken a INR 6000 deposit. For the first booking, the wrong vehicle was sent and that too 4 hours after reporting time. The vehicle that came was dirty and run down. All subsequent 5 bookings were not honoured. Fortunately, I had two other car rental service providers for my event who could bridge the gap on a short notice. But the stress this agency caused even after taking money is absolutely unforgivable.

But after receiving the payment, they act as if they don't care.
We booked 2 times.
The first time - We were 6 people and we wanted a bigger car for that. The day before the journey, they gave our driver's number. And when we confirmed him about the location and car, for the car he was bringing a 4 seater car and behaved as if he doesn't know. But after some rough talking, that night they gave a uncomfortable 6 seater car. The driver also had less knowledge about the road so we had to guide him.
The second time - We were 9 people and were supposed to get a 13 seater car as we discussed last day. Same thing as before, when confirming the driver about location and car, he was bringing a 8 seater car. With some rough talks, and on deciding the time we asked the car to come at 8:30 Am. But after that time when we were worried and gave him a call, the driver was first of all not picking up the call, and on calling the manager, they said the car had some issues, then they said there are some car paper problems. We had to wait till 10:20 AM after the car finally came.
It is a terrible experience with them "Utsav Travels, Garia" - and hope no one else have to face such trouble regarding their travel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just don't touch this agency. Their rates are absurdly high without any reason. Most importantly they ask advance amount of Rs 1000 per day for three days. They claim they are all India branch, incl Bangalore. I stay in Bengaluru, but never heard of them. Which world are they living in? Actually deserve 0 stars.
