★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service. The ambulance itself is not at all suited to transfer patients, old omni was provided with no ac. In this extreme heat the car will make patients condition even more worse.
I was told the ambulance will arrive after 1 hour. I had to wait 2 and half hours. I am thankful to god my fathers condition was not critical.
The driver and assistant who came had no idea where the hospital was, had no idea about the route when we told them our address. The 15 min journey took 45 mins because they did not know the route. They even did not have GPS. I had to use my phone.
Never ever use this service.
