★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price they are asking more than 62 lac which is really high comparing to location of site and planning of colony. Their cons of the colony , they have not planned water supply management from jal board for ganga jal supply direct, you have to get it done at your own. No water planning to take future , because summer sable will stop working at one day and colony will like maruti estate where no values of home now.
Make sure before investing your hard earned money. No rain water harvesting. And near to shastriouram zonal park where land rate is much cheaper than this.
Yes you can invest your money if the price is reasonable. It should not be more than 50 to 55 lac.
