β β β β β Dear Doctor.
This is response of your answer.
You cannot understand my grief.
I know she admitted in 38th pregnancy which is still considered as early term. Neither she had labour pain nor any complications. Although you asked her to get admitted on August 12th 2021 but she refused to do it. Why have you asked to get admitted so early?
She had a history of PCOD but she was never pregnant earlier. This was her first child.
My sister and brother in law told me that you opt for normal pregnancy hence they consulted you from detection of pregnancy. Just fyi, they did not resist for LSCS when you asked them. Although they gave you clear nod to proceed on your single suggestion.
Induced labour was done on their consent but as a doctor have you checked significance and etiological factors of induced labour? The OT should be on stand by to counter any complications.
Coming to LSCS; My mother and brother in law both were there outside OT. None of them heard the cry of baby. My sister was on local anaesthesia, even she couldn't heard the cry then how can you expect that sound wave has travelled through door to outside of OT? Although after delivery you told that there is no heart bit in baby then my sister asked you "what happened" but you told her to sleep.
CHD can be detected in ultrasound. You could have found CHD at early pregnancy so they would have terminated the pregnancy.
While taking into consideration that you did not opt for fetal ECG hence you came to know about CHD after delivery. Then also what measures has hospital taken? Has hospital followed SOP? No tests were done to confirm CHD. There is no supporting evidence either.
The medical report was also fabricated. There was no labour pain during admission in hospital. Following details are missing in your medical report.
Etiological factor of Induced labour? Why did you opt for induced labour pain when there was no labour pain?
Method of induced labour medical or surgical?
In case of surgical method, Bishop score? Have you tried to rupture membrane by finger or by device?
If medical method then name, dosage form, dose, route of administration and interval time.
Detailed report of new born baby.
New born baby clinical conditions, Diagnosis and treatment.
Etiological factor of NBRS/CHD? Sign and symptoms of NBRS/CHD.
Method used to find our NBRS/CHD.
Oxygen supply, grade of oxygen and time of duration of supply.
Why they did not follow SOP to keep child on oxygen support for 10-12 hours?
I will be waiting for your response on above. Last but not least it was not her fate.
=======================================================
If google has provide rating in minus then definitely i would have given them. They do not follow SOP to treat patients. My sister has lost her baby due to negligence of hospital and forceful behaviour of doctor to get admitted in 38th week only. Doc provide induced labour pain injection and ask them to proceed for LSCS whereby my sister lost her baby. As per guidelines induced labour should be given after 39th week of pregnancy. I am asking why she performed induced labour but there is no response from hospital.
They have also not followed SOP of new born. They have not checked anything in NICU and declared that baby has breathing problem and declare him dead within 5 hours of birth. However as per protocol baby with NBRS should be tested for 3 different test and should be under observation for 10-12 hours on oxygen support.
Apart from above they have not provided detailed report. They have fabricated report. Neither they have mentioned reason of induced labour nor they have mentioned method opted for induced labour. They have also not mentioned dignosis and treatment method of new born.
