★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever at their Haldwani outlet came to collect a large poster print which was to be framed. Drove 3 hours from up in the hills after confirming a day before. It wasn't done, I was upset .the guy at the counter tells me that this happens, no big deal . What was really ridiculous was that this guy refuses to give me back my poster .and threatens me that I can't walk out with it . He was built like a 5th grader so of course that was a funny .but no apologies, threats and at the end says that I am behaving like the roads going to the hills are blocked. No need to get upset he says, bad service has a whole new level.
