★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor who was suppose to put g tube for my father he instead lied with his sweet talk and instead put a catheter. Which is so in humane for a doctor to do. If you care for your loved one don't ever use this doctor service. Then he won't help with the issue with the tube.
It's my generosity that I am not suing him but only rather writing to aware people on the website.
It's Indian system who saves a doctor like him. I wish I can punish him for his mistake because of which my father died.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prominent location, 5 min walking from kurla station east side, at the service road, ni parking issues, attached to nehru nagar garden, good ambience, staffs are good, Multispeciality hospital, charges reasonable, all facilities of cancer Surgery, Chemotherapy, admission, ICU available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst private hospital I have ever seen in my life. I am not sure if it is budget friendly since I did not compare. It was an emergency for me so got admitted. Nothing right (except doctor if you already know him/her) in this hospital. You either laugh, get upset or frustrated. You name the department, there is a problem. I don't say there is a communication gap because there is no communication at all between them. You got to follow everything on your own. Yes you have to ASK for everything and remind them number of times, if you want to live for some more days. Else Happy go Lucky... Enjoy your days there. You can sense their working methodology from the time you start talking to them for taking Appointment. Every other thing like Planning, Allotting room, Food/Tea servings all just haywire. Head nurses are just useless. They add upto more misery. You don't find sanitizer there. Imagine the miserable condition in this COVID time. I felt Deluxe room as if general ward of other hospitals and how general ward would be?
Thankfully AC was working with direct switch as there was no remote. TV never checked if it was working. You want to get your dress or bed sheet changed, you have to ASK for it.
I got to know they serve Tea (morning only) and Lunch and Dinner FOC only on second day. You want food other than what they serve or second cup of tea then Go and arrange yourself.
What I appreciate is only few nurses are good. They work hard and fairly understand the value of time but again they have to report to these useless head nurses. I was told Lunch and dinner is served FOC. That one is appreciable though I did not have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER EVER, worst worst. They forgot to ask food to patient. Even after 3 times follow up they don't come to check sugar bcoz checking machine not available. Deluxe room charges 5000 and even Air conditioning not working. Had to remind them for filling water. TV not working. Even govt Hosp offer better service. No Hospital ambulance, had to hire from outside. Pathology they recommend are even worse. Deluxe room toilet leakage so patient can't sleep in silence. Had to call nurses to remove IV they don't come themselves. Dinner time is 11 pm after patient sleeps

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faltu doctors and nurses available are here, who want to spend losts of money and would like to do time pass pls admit in this hospital. Nurses are thief's bcoz they stole other patients medicines and use another patients and full their medicine almirah.

The whole staff doctor to puns all are liars.
Please don't visit there, they taking advantage of emergency patients.
