★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boat earphone Exchange was done very early but there is no option to choice colour of earphone they will be provide whatever colour of earphone we have to accept it . Overall service was not good and not bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The representative at these places are unprofessional. They took 2 days and three visits from me to raise a ticket for faulty device. I had to literally beg them. Eventually the manager decided to raise the ticket. @boat team. Please check this service centre as it will ruin your efforts to provide services and brand name.

When you try to replace the products they will say take the available version which will be a lower verison(At that time) then if you replace it then they will send you a lower versions and after that when you visit again they will say company has this product your ordered product is not available. Then customer care service is also worst can't trust them and boat product to worst experience till date.

First of all these people are absolutely indecent. Bring your tax invoice with you, it is common practice at service centres to mail the bill but here you need hardcopy of it. There is a printing shop just opposite to this centre where they charge ₹10 for a black and white print. I can only assume there is some link between both of the above things but I digress. Also, they will try their best to find a flaw to avoid service, happened with me and few others I saw before me.

Nice people's remember to carry a hard copy of your invoice for warranty replacement no soft copy entertained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience. My boat eaephones were not working and they did give me replacement. It hardly took me 2 min for it as there was no crowd. Make sure the product comes under the warranty and bring a photocopy or print of the invoice of the product. Overall great experience.

Guy denied replacement of my boat smartwatch in spite of being in warranty just because there was internal liquid spread but no external damage or scratch
