Customer interaction very poor
Installation of Whirlpool 1.5 ton Inverter AC not done correctly which led to complications. Gas level not checked during installation due to which AC was not cooling. Also the AC was tripping. Took multiple calls to finally have a technician visit and fill the gas. However tripping continued. Again after multiple complaints to the Service Centre a junior technician was sent but couldn’t solve the problem. Blamed wiring etc . This entire episode was informed to the Supervisor/ Manager but no solution was provided other then promises to tackle any further issues. Finally called electrician from a reputed online service provider and had the problem sorted which was something very basic. When we purchase a brand, service is part of the package (installation is a paid service and not free!)
