β β β β β Disappointing experience. The staff is least bothered to show you good quality items...Get irritated if you ask for more variety. Once asked for copper puja thali...They showed me rusted one and gave me excuses. The shop used be one of the quality showroom but not anymore !!

β β β β β We purchased a Steel container on Diwali 2021 and after 10 days it got rusted. The salesman and the owner were very rude. They were getting irritated if we were asking to show more items. Very bad experience and will not go again.

β β β β β It's a popular kitchen/home hub for central Agra. Premium but sometimes slightly overpriced stuff. Some of the available things can be purchased at a more reasonable price from elsewhere in the city, provided that one is acquainted with the old markets and alleys of the city.

β β β β β Inexperienced staff sell misinformation.
Staff at top floor don't know about product, sell customer misinformation. When you use the product you will notice that the staff FOOLED you. Then they will never return the product.
Final Advice: Don't trust the staff blindly, do your research about the product. Better buy Online, as there is always a option to return it hassle free. These shops in Agra will always fool you to sell their product.
