★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Railwire's internet service is very poor. 5-6 times in days you will face internet downtime issues. No prior information for any downtime or maintenance work. I am very disappointed with Railwire as well as VK Communication.
Support staff in VK Communication is also very irresponsible. I try to reach them since morning but some times they didn't reply or some times they switched off their phones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service of Railwire. I suggest not to go with Railwire services. I have taken the services from 15th May. In last 20 days or so I am disappointed with the poor service from Railwire. Every second they have Internet down issue.
No prior or post information on any downtime or internet down issue from VK Communication. I have trying to reach them out since morning but no response from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a railwire customer provided by V. K communication in my area since last 3 years. They've done great. Never faced any sudden issue. There were down time though but never more than half an hour that too once in a month with a notice sent in prior.
