★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst service.! They supplied me with 2 laproscopic instruments, both which are defective. On the very first day the instruments (left hand, maryland)slipped from inside and keeps on slipping even if a little pressure is applied to tie the knots or dissect. I called the supplier named sushant kanekar but he kept on ignoring my calls as soon as he found out that i was complaining about the instrument. He gives stupid reasons that he is in operation theatre?.
The guy used to send me good morning messages as soon as he sent me the instruments but when I complained, he absolutely stopped hearing me out and ignored me right away. Dont fall prey to this cheap company and buy from authentic seller who are willing to give good service and warranty for their products.!
