★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An extremely shady company that I would highly not recommend. I got in touch with Vinod Rana to order a dining table set. He promised delivery and installation in Bangalore within 10 days.
I followed up for more than 25 days when he said he has dispatched the product and shared a fake receipt from TCI Express (sharing the fake receipt - it looks so professional that I am sure this is not their first time)
After two weeks of no delivery, I got to know from TCI that the receipt they shared was fake.
After threatening FIR, Vinod Rana agreed to send the product - but this time over TCI Freight.
I was charged 6500 for the transit. TCI Freight cost only 2500, and yet he has not refunded that money to me.
After delivery, he had agreed to arrange for installation. Nobody arrived for more than 2 weeks. So I tried installing myself. On opening the package, I noticed that the dining table top had badly cracked in several places. One of the legs for the chair did not have a thread needed to fit the leg, etc. And there was no provision for the table top to be secured on the base.
I have been following up with Vinod Rana ever since but he has not responded. I have asked him to at least refund me for the overbilled freight charge and the damages in teh table and chair, but he has not replied to that also.
I placede the order on August 19th. It's November now. I regret having ordered through them.
