★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cashier was rude and ignorant in behaviour. Clearly denied to apply gift voucher code. And when i told this to owner he said that contact customer care we aren’t going to do anything about this. They didn’t even provided me with customer care. And when i insisted he abused me and started threatening me. I wasn’t expecting this kind of behaviour from Vmart centre, I purchase stuff every season. I am disappointed from your service and I’m not gonna buy anything from Vmart again. Very bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude behavior of staff when I went to exchange my clothes ,they said we can't exchange discounted clothes but they exchange some of the customers discounted clothes ,one lady of their staff behaved very badly with my mom without any reason.
They all r frauds i went to exchange item but they not give me the same item with the same discount they changed our policies whenever
they want ,worst staff, exchange and return policy are digusting. they think we r fools
From now i 'll never ever to visit in this mall again.

The only problem is that we have to keep our own bags outside the mall,and no one cares about that. There is very ridiculous. Because there is a chance of stealing. This should not be happened.

And I must say it is a relatively affordable and quality store as far as clothing is considered.
Apart from this the grocery section seriously needs some work!
Also, it would be great if there could be some discounts for regular customers.

A shopping centre is a collection of independent retail stores, services, and a parking area conceived, constructed, and maintained by a management firm as a unit.Mainly good collection of clothes,foodable item,Gifts,Toys etc.
V-mart give occasionally offers back to back on people dimanding.They accepted modes of payment such a cash, MasterCard, creditcard, Visa Card.
