.Staff are very rude and unprofessional.
In front on trial room man were sitting and doing gossip with security guards and it's very uncomfortable..I complained to her but what to say all staff was very illiterate she said to me that madam hum aap logo kya kaha.. I asked her don't you think this man should not in front of trial room..but she ignored me and continued gossiping with that man.They don't treat customers well...I will never prefer to go that place again.

Although, staff is not very good all member do not know where the all things are placed I asked with one staff member where is the Cap place he said i don't know But they have decent collection of clothes with decent prices with low to high price with increasing price

Grocery food clothes electronics are available over here.
All types of payment modes are acceptable.
Section for male, female and kids clothing are available.
but you can't drive car here because of parking issues over here for four wheeler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Vmart showroom in shahganj branch there is lots of carelessness in corona pendamic. Some sales executive wear mask in their toe and some executive not wear mask. This show careless of showroom manager that why he is not instructed to executive to wear mask in proper when customer visit in showroom.
