★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the Vodafone store consistent of 10 main counter and 1 priority counter but every time when i visited the place 3-4 counter always vacant ,as the are garenteed themselves the best postpaid network of india but their poor customer service sucks,if u had a small work to do u need to get a token and waste atleast 3 hour till your turn come and the grantees of your issue to be resolved id depends on the mood of the person who is listening your query otherwise he will give you next game to come with some more documents needed , the only reason i post this becoz itz been three time i visited the place and everytime i ended up waste my three days for a single query to resolve. Their customers service really sucks!!when i ask the why the counters are empty they said that "sir this is weekend so we are little less in staff " , so why the hell they open their store on weekends if they cant able to have proper staffing on weekends, everyone know that their is rush on weekends and they are giving weekends excuses !!

Most of the time system are down. If you ask same qus to three associates they will give different answer. You can't believe but yes they have that talent.
Now come to the main issue, they do not have attiqutes, zero customer value and zero customer support. After many calls and center visit, they just simply say if you want to close your number call our customer care they will do quickly. Customer is like why I came here.
I must say idea was much much better than the Vi.
Vi, if you do not care about your customer than the time is too close when customer will not care about you as well.
