Driver is Alcoholic and Speed is Uncontrollable, Very Very Risky Journey, Knowingly they went through different bus route for their personal reason , I kept my life risk along with my wife travelling this night, Not Sure we will be alive tomorrow mrng, Please don't travel in this bus service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst travels.. today on 08th I booked online from singarayakonda to Bangalore. They gave the pick up time at 22:45. Later send message saying lot of traffic will be half hour late. But I have waited till 3 30 am still bus has not come and contact number which is given also not responding properly . Worst travels maintenance.. I kindly suggest don't book in this travels and get into trouble yourself. I telling this with my personal experience. They are not even bother to respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever take this travel. Normally from Vijayawada to Ongole it takes max 3 hours, but this bus took more than 6 hours. You can imagine the route they take. Seriously it is a most dangerous route I ever seen. Roads are bad . You will end up vomting by the time they reach highway. If some things happens, you won't even find an alternative vehicle also
Never prefer this travel with family. They don't stop for dinner also as there are nothing in this route.

contact numbers also not working ticket details pickup location kotipalli bus stand but pickup in lalacheruvu and drivers rude behaviour on passenger and don't waste your time and money and respect also never book this travels and I ask to travels if you are not interested to travels maintenance why were you maintain the travels please immediately update your contact numbers and drivers also your not doing that work your travels good will gone try to understand passangers situation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Andhra Pradesh I am travelling since 6 years in private travels. This is the worest service I have been faced. They will keep two buses online if both the buses filled half then they will run only one bus. Don't depend on the arrival time that they are providing in ticket, almost it will be 4 or 5 hours more than they are mentioning. When it comes to hygiene in bus I will give zero out off 100. I think they washed all the curtains seat covers around one year back. Lot of mosquitos are there in bus. With the same budget better to go for other travels. They will try to convince you by saying like that bus is break down, we will give you window seat in next stop etc etc ., Don't prefer this travels. Those who provided 5 ⭐ rating all are their relatives and workers don't see their review.
