I have sent a parcel from Mysore to Mangalore. first parcel when to Bangalore from there it's supposed to reach Mangalore next day. instead of sending it to Mangalore they send the parcel to JP Nagar Bangalore. as from address was from JP Nagar Mysore. they totally confused and wasted one week of time. I usually send parcel via Durgamba which is very quick and fast. due to lockdown V3 transport was the only transport company which was working as it's supposed to deliver emergency medicines to and forth... imagine relying on this transport thinking emergency medicines will reach. do some research find any other transportation company available. if you don't find one if there is no option go with this transport company.
