No water availability.
No power backup.
Management is totally unresponsive and irresponsible.
They charge high maintenance charges as compared to other.
Don't opt for this apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a fine apartment with apartment association. It has amenities like swimming pool, gym, parking, party hall and security. It's close to global village with all the basic stores like provision and medical stores close by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a resident of this apartment complex. It consists of two blocks with all amenities including gym, swimming pool, party hall and covered car parking. Good security system and cc TV cameras installed. The complex is well maintained.

Connecting road is not good..

It has all the facilities like-
Gym
Swimming pool
Club house
Children's park
Seating area and park
Separate Parking space for everyone
And
A proper security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here looking for an apartment on rent. Had to wait for over 1 hour for the manager to come, saw 3 flats which are poorly maintained.
There's cracks on the wall, never ending dust, etc.
To add to the nightmare of an experience, there's a real monkey menace here!!
Monkeys roam around and literally anywhere in the apartment. Saw them playing in the swimming pool, jumping from tree to tree and even dropping coconuts.
Not sure what makes people give 4 and 5 star reciews, I for sure wouldn't want to live here.
