★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at prime location near to Pune mumbai express highway, nearby landmark hotel sayaji, perfect location to live, easy connectivity to travel hinjweadi IT park. Everything is near by.
Flats are spacious, nice architecture and planing, one thing I liked here amenities on open roof top, that would have a nice view from top, everyone can explore rooftop.
Flat balcony sizes are good, each flat is separate from another.
The only pain I feel here is prices are little but high ofcourseo they are providing quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project is very good, quality of work delivered is also of well standard. But their sales executives are liers, gives false information and commitments. Don't trust them regarding possession date, possession will be as per the agreement document.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The variant with bigger carpet area having good floor plan, Luxurious 2 bhk variant all inventory sold out expcet C building 3 floor as per sales guy.I personally feel there is lack sunlight due to equally high rise structures and passage out side flat is also bit lack natural light ,it's dark even in 12:00 noon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt the project location is good, Flat sizes are big. But builder is delaying the possesion. No intention to deliver the project on time. No any work since Oct-2019. Just false promises and new start date in every meeting.. Avoid !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only project which has bigger size carpet in wakad locality . This project have better connectivity , prime location , and quality construction . This project has ground as well as roof top amenities .
BUILDER Intentionally delaying possession . Since last one year they are fooling to customer . Never gives possession on time .
