1.NO loud music allowed.
2. NO shorts allowed.
3. NO GYM vest allowed( gym wala baniyan)
4. You can't gym twice a day.
Conclusion::: Gym is highly overrated and very expensive, moreover lack of parking space makes it even worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best gym in Ghaziabad. It is designed for everyone whether the client wants to use the gym just to stay fit, an athlete or a professional bodybuilder. There is a proper environment. No groupism, no mis behavioural activities and the owner is super intellect by putting rules to maintain the decorum of the exercise space.
Lastly, Thapa sir???❤️ the lifeline of gym. The most professional, dedicated, punctual, committed and determined to make his clients happy by providing training schedules, tips and diet routines .
I , highly recommend this gym for beginners as well as to professionals. Anyone can check my FB profile to see my physique and all the hardwork and motivation goes to him!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to this gym for last three and half years and i must say this is the best gym in the locality with ample of space and there is hygiene, good machinery, space and Excellent trainer. If your are thinking of joining here ask for thapa sir he's is the best in this profession.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talking about the weight training and cardio section, gym is equipped with most of the machines and the overall area(coverage) of gym is good. More equipments need to be added in CrossFit section. Gym is pretty affordable as compared to the other branded gyms. Space for parking is available but it is at owner's risk. Overall the gym is good ??.
