★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all thanks to Saniya... She is really careful and tactful about her job... She'll be recommended to my friends.
Well the hotel Yasmin resort that i stayed in was a budget hotel and looked after by the male staffs... I appreciate them but they have to put on a lot of afford in keeping the hotel presentably hygiene.
The hotel boat and the sikara ride was awesome.
One thing is that never let your driver disobey the armed forces... Or else you are dead!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We planned a Family trip with Vacation Planners India which was perfectly planned and organised . Excellent arrangements were made as per the commitments . Our Tour planner Saniya from VPI Team was always available on call and was very much cooprative , she was communicating with us oftenly to check if we are doing good and make sure that we don't face any issues. All the properties booked for us was best with the good overall service as promised . A very Polite , professional and trustable travel partners . Thank you Team VPI and Saniya for the memorable trip and the amazing lifetime experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have travelled a group of 11 pax to Kashmir through Vacation Planners and the trip was awesome. Excellent arrangements had done by Ms Sadia. Very much caring and hospitality oriented by this travels and Ms Sadiya was communicating us very often about our enjoyment and they have maintained the timings as per planned itinerary. Only disappointment is we have really cornered by Guides on all the sites at Pahalgam, Gulmarg and Sonamarg. If, Vacation Planners would have arranged the guides on their account and would have charged from us, we would have saved huge money. However, nice arrangements other than one issue... all well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vacation planners India planned my Kashmir trip in mid -April. I was coordinating with their agent Sadiya. She customized the trip according to our requirement. The overall trip was enjoyable and our driver Nasir was also good. All the hotels booked by them were nice and stay was comfortable. Sadiya was available for help during the trip whenever required.
In some areas I felt they could have guided us/ planned better ...
(a) after our stay in Pahalgam we went to Gulmarg for one day stay , but transit is a long way and most of our morning time was wasted in travel, leaving us very less time for Gondola and other activities. ( It became quite rushed up).....the trip to Gulmarg should have been planned from Srinagar instead.
(b) Gondola ride phase 1&2 tickets should be purchased online atleast a week back ( They did not guide us about it.... thankfully we got this info from other sources and had booked it)

Most recommended for all to plan for trip with Vacation Planner as the management of trip by them is really good.
Thanks to Suhail(driver) who was punctual through out the trip and covered all the locations.

She called and messaged every day to check if everything is going on fine or not, really awesome service from her and their Team.
Good food in hotels and good travel experience and they have provided very nice hotels too.
