★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had taken North East trip with them. The experience was horrible. On landing Guwahati airport the car which was waiting for us did not have any space neither any luggage carrier. We were made to wait for almost 1.5 hrs at the airport telling they are providing an alternative but finally they did not do anything and we had to sit with the luggage and after traveling for almost 2 hrs the driver arranged for luggage carrier on his own. At around late evening we reached Kaziranga but again the hotel booked was 40 kms away from the Kaziranga Forest. Cert9we wasted time traveling to and fro.
Next we went to Shillong but to our surprise again were booked into a guest house instead of a hotel, which we were unaware of. On communicating Riya argues that it was a hotel and did not bother to change accommodation to a hotel. This guest house had only bed and breakfast option. So we had to move out and arrange for our dinner outside. Mind it was 31st night and instead of celebrating well were looking for food outside with the help of the driver again. The caretaker had duty hours upto 11 pm so at night were left wi6no one to look for help or requirement in case of emergency.
Next day we traveled to Cherrapunji but again the hotel alloted to us had a dirty room. The taps n the bathroom was broken. Food was also not upto the mark.
In short the entire trip was messed up by them but Roya and Sushanta was extremely adamant and non cooperative when we communicated about the problems we faced.
It was a fami6trip with children but we could not enjoy at all. Will never ever recommend anybody to avail their service for sure.
Worst ever experience we had with Vagabond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a wonderful experience with Vagabond Tours and Travels when we decided to visit Coorg. We had gone to Coorg with our friends and it was decided at the last moment. But, we never imagined any travel agency to make such good arrangements in such a short notice. The hotel accommodation and other arrangements were very good. The people who made arrangements were very cooperative and friendly.
