★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Limited options even in beer and wine. Okay for getting the usual suspects Kingfisher, Tuborg etc. Not open till very late. Sometimes they get bored and close by 10.30. Joseph Lawrence is a better bet than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Fosters beer at night. Tasted funny and made my partner sick. As it was too late to get it changed by shop, called the next day,explained and asked if could be replaced.Offered to pay extra as well. Shop owner very unhelpful and did not comply. Cut the phone even as the conversation was going on. Will not buy from these guys again. Plenty of other more helpful shops in the vicinity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever. We had ordered a Carlsberg Mild crate and the dealer gave us a strong. Since we were in between moving houses we did not look at the crate and took it home and checked the stock after a week only to realise that they gave us a strong beer. We immediately called the shop but the person refused to exchange and kept on blaming us for the mistake. We have always ordered from here but this experience was the worse. They did not listen to us and refused to exchange the crate. Now I have a crate of strong beer which no one in my family or friends drink. Wasted my time and money and Vaibhav beer and Wine shop didn't do anything for a loyal customer. This is not the kind of service I expected from them. The worst. I would give a negative rating if I could.
