★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inexperienced and unprofessional doctor:
Following are the real time problems that led us to baby's death inside the mother & even leaving the mother in the infectious state
1. Poor communication:
- She does not explain the proper state of the patient.
- She does not talk upto a level/give confidence to the patient (too much point to point that makes down patient's confidence)
2. Reactive person:
- She's not a proactive kind of a person who performs action at right time or tell precautions to the patient
Patient has to remind or suggest for some of the very important things (tetanus injection and sonography at right time)
Case:
-In our case, she did not ask for tetanus injection till 8 months then we reminded her to do so.
- She did not ask for sonography at the start of 9th monthand when patient ask for it she said "not required as of now as you did in 6 th month
3. Lack of equipment and knowledge:
- in the 9th month of pregnancy, doctor's generally use small equipment to check heart rate of baby that's gives us idea when heart rate is going down or not.
(In most of the cases, cord rounds up around baby's neck that stops blood flow to baby's brain.......lower heart of baby indicates or alarm that situation)
Case:
In our case, she did not ask for sonography or denied for sonography by saying not required. Also she did not checked the heat rate of the baby. She just said "everything is ok and come next week" . A week, we found cord rounded up in baby's neck and baby died inside.
Due to inexperience of this doctor, we were not able to identify the problem at right time and lost the most precious thing in the world.
then after she did not completd the case and went for other surgery (just for some amount of money) and left us in a state of fear (losing our patient too)
