★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor staff as well as poor management. One of the staff member tried to fool me but luckily I didn't gave him the money in advanced so before doing advance payment make sure to visit their office rather than paying online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I travelled borivali to Sahara Please do not come this travel.staff is arguing all passengers and not respecting women kids and old guys.directly says who is invited to you travel this bus. A/c is off.
Dirty smell come.Bus no MH 09 EM 9603.and borivlali booking office contact no is switched off. Who is responsible I dont no plese dont come this travle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are reading this then pls never ever book ticket from this operator. Their service is very poor. I had booked ticket from Red bus. But at the last moment the bus operator changed my seat and when questioned why, then assistant in bus said "Janna hai toh jaao". Also from Covid perspective it is very bad. No safety for passengers. Bus driver and assistant were not wearing mask, no sanitizer Also the bus staff were very rude..

Must have 2 stop's for washroom in 9+ hrs traveling.. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst travles. They give me time 11pm and came 12.35am . The bus condition is also worst. Worst travle experience. travles no MH01CV1112 worst travles. It got puncture and the driver is very rude . They don't value our time.

Warning Vashi to Kolhapur mere 8 hour journey went all the way to 10+ hours driver kept taking passengers all the way from navi mumbai to kolhapur even when the bus was already full..
Boarding time 10.40 PM arrived at 12.50AM
Rude behaviour on top of that... Improve your service @vaibhav travels

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 02.02.22 Not at all Happy with bus service... first of all bus was late reported. My seat number was 9 10Lower but it's already occupied by someone. Bus coordinator was very rudly behaviour. Bus was very dirty... Bedsheet curtain marked with dust. We have no option.
