I LIKED THE WAY THE SERVICE ENGINEERS AND BACK END TEAM EXPLAINING MAINTENANCE TIPS FOR TROUBLE FREE PERFORMANCE.. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO GET BEST OF ITS SALES AND SERVICE SUPPORT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience with this company and it's service men. It has taken more than 10 visits for this company men to identify the problem with my machine and resolve it in one calendar year. Had to pay these cheaters on every visit they make which didn't add any value to us customers. Pathetic is the service and i honourably recommend and suggest all customers who are looking to buy a product from them to stay away. It will only torture you and make life miserable but never add any value.
Stay away from these cheaters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst / best customer satisfaction.. I've been using 2 kent units for water RO since 10 years. Today I came to know that they don't provide any warranty or replacement on the spares that customers directly buy from the shop. They gave me cash receipt but it's not a bill for the spare it seems. We have to book a service if we need replacement on the spares, .. this is what I came to know. Even for changing carbon/sediment filters , do we really need a service guy ??
Bad experience.. I just left the spare which is leaking with the shop as they didn't give replacement !!
After this situation , one service guy was sent by this shop with the part being repaired and he installed for free. Appreciated.. Thanks to this shop friend end service and manager
