★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vaishali apartment or u can call it Pocket 12 is DDA's MIG flats which is located nearby crown plaza okhla and govindpuri police station area.... Nice location to live with ur family .... Good apmnt area where ur kids can play in good parks, walking distance to market

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old constructed DDA apartments with each one facing park. Surrounded by lush gardens. Parking is a big issue. You will get a parking but visitors won't be able to find a place.
Move out of the colony, there is a small market with basic daily need items can be found but not everything you need.
Also, it is adjacent to Garbage Dump, so that's a big downside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DDA Apartments in south Delhi. Poor access, very less parking space. If one has to visit, it is advised to use cab instead of your own car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually it's a bad place to live in since you tend to see lot of garbage lying here and there in the society and Residential Management Committee is worst since they are least bothered about security and cleanliness of it. Parking your vehicle is a big issue. The huge garbage den outside the apartment make your living hell as it calls for deaseses and stinking smell through out day and night.
