★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the rare, old constructions to have a spiral staircase. No lift here, hence it's inconvenient with shifting luggage, etc. Also aged folks may have difficulty climbing but the spiral design does make it easier to climb than the conventional staircase. A few delivery guys have complained of vertigo ?
Overall, the location is fantastic. Sector 42 is one the best in Navi Mumbai. There's a lovely garden bang opposite the road. Seawoods Grand Central mall is a 5 mins walk away. Who would have foreseen all this 15-20 years ago?
