★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had the worst experience ever, there is no coordination between staff and reception area( as there is no receptionist or manager, randomly staff attends the phones calls and say yes for all appointments). Have faced this issue 2-3 times and also once because of this confusion at first they made the cleaner do the manicure , i got to know this in frequent visits that he is a cleaner. again i took an appointment for 3 and was 15 mins late due to traffic and all thus when i reached they asked me to wiat for 30 mins as i was late, i told them you should have called me to confirm rather than giving slot to someone as my service was for atleast 1.5 hrs , anywyas i waited till 4 and no one got free as actually no one had any idea wat was happening and the person at reception just made me wait for so long for no reason and then he was so rude and told me mam jakar 30 minz bahar ghum aao and in high tone and bad attitude,, when i told him ke its Gurgaon and 30 minz mein u hardly will get to your car and not some small town il reach my home and come he literally raised his voice... it was so unprofessional and bad... i have membership there and wondering if i can get money back :(
tried talking to area manager and all... and he was like mam sorry, full stop.. as in i waited for an hour and just sorry!!! how unprofessional and sad :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Went for hair highlights & threading; were not done very well. 2 inches of hairs from scalp were left out & are not colored, so it's really not looking good. The girl who was doing threading seemed to be in hurry. I had to make her thread all the hairs by pointing out myself everytime.
Also i saw an elderly man came complaining about the haircut he was given 2 days back (his hairs were really being cut badly).
Overall, not satisfied with the service & behavior

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very upset with the service l got in Dwarka sect 5 Valentia salon.l got an expensive treatment done from this hopeless salon on 2 Jan,19.l got Keratin treatment done for my hair.And bought expensive shampoo and conditioner .And within 15 days l could see that my hair are unevenly frizzy at the right side of my hair.And when l reported there (19.1.19)about this,l was bullied and told that Keratin does not last for long.l know such an expensive treatment shows on hair and lasts for minimum three to four months.My hair does not show that Keratin has been done just 20 days back.l am really upset with the service and the way customers are fleeced for money .I am cheated and would never recommend this salon.
More so when l complained the behaviour of the staff was obnoxious like goons.
