Заказала и выкупила серебряные позолоченные серьги с опалами.Но камни оказались разные по высоте.Созвонилась с телемагазинлм «Ювелирию»,где заказывала это изделие,сказала об этом.Сотрудники сервисного отдела посоветовали вернуть обратно.Я вернула.Они получили,но деньги до сих пор не вернули,хотя посылку я отправила в конце января.Забрали с почты они 10февраля. Звоню каждый день,отвечают вежливо:Ждите! Уже два месяца жду. Помогите вернуть деньги!
