★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management is very bad, I asked them to increase my salary as I found there where some agents who's salary was increased by two times in an Year, so I asked the same, so the management is saying the Agents who's salary was increased is just a market correction.
I know increment always depends on performance, but which company gives two time increment in an Year.There is a Agent who's salary was 6-7 k at the time of joining and in an Year his salary is near about 16k how is this possible....
