★ ★ ★ ★ ★ State Secretariat or 'Mantralay'. Madhya Pradesh State government's top executive offices are here along with Chief Minister's office. It is an old building currently under renovation/expansion. It is a beautiful building and is situated at the top most location of the city. For general public you need to get a pass to enter the building which are issued at a particular time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New building and blocks are very well planned, have conveniences for eating and clean toilets. Modular racks for keeping files. Hope work culture also improves, why can't they give the timekeeping of files to outsourcing like passport offices have given to TCS. You will know exactly who is not working or stopping the work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vallabh Bhavan State Secretariat at Bhopal is located near Satpuda Bhavan and Shaurya Smarak complex top of the Arera Hills Bhopal Madhya Pradesh India. The U Shaped form building traditional architectural elements like Chhatris jaalis and colonnades were given a contemporary flavour by using restraint and keeping the forms simple.

Some of the facilities provided here include meeting halls, conference halls, minister’s rooms, a library, dispensary, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Madhya Pradesh's state secretariat is Vallabh Bhawan. It has a stunning architectural design. You'll be astounded when you see it. It is highly decorated on Independence Day to attract people's attention. To get inside, you must purchase a ticket at the entrance gate and specify the reason for your visit. It is meticulously preserved and controlled. The massive structure is awe-inspiring. The location is excellent. DB Mall or MP Nagar are both 500 metres away. Every department has its own guard.
There is one place in the middle that I believe is Vallabh Bhawan's most gorgeous part. Because the facility is so large, getting to the subjective office may be challenging. And if you continue on from Vallabh Bhawan, you will come to Birla Temple.
Overall, Vallabh Bhawan was a pleasant experience.
