★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's better to go for much better premium property like puravankara which is located right around this.
The property is not great, is built at very low quality. They are pathetic when it comes to valuing their potential costomers. We went with an interest to buy the property and the way the guy named Firoz treated made us decide not to go back ever. When we asked him to show us the property around, he just showed us some barren land and asked us to go find ourselves. When we asked if there was someone else who could show us around, he never bothered to respond. He was least bothered about his customer. We would never invest our money on something so worst like this.
