★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I associated with value home for repairing and tenancy management of my house in mysore. They spoke really well and sounded very professional before work started. But once the work started, i was very soon disappointed with there poor quality work. Added to that they charge huge amounts for small piece of work. There whole modus operandi is to catch busy ppl or nri and charge them exorbitantly n provide low quality work. They have no team nothing, they hire near by laborers n there is no one to oversee the quality.
When you raise issues, there get offensive and it is very unprofessional. There aim is to swindle money one way or the other and there do not care 2 cents about customer satisfaction.
There tenancy management is equally worse, they do not do any background checks as they claim. They do not chase tenants for paperwork or rent. They call once and expect work to be done.
In a whole, they are deeply understaffed and they make tall promises but on the ground i ended up doing all the work. Get associated and working with them has been the most depressing, stressful, unpleasant experience of my life.
I pray that my worst enemies do not get associated with them.
