★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to buy an air cooler on 15 april 2018. They had 3 brands namely AISEN (3 models), Symphony (1 model) and Havell (1 model). The salesman was interested in showings only AISEN model and explaining its features and lowee price. Finally based on their suggestions, I purchased AISEN Rapid model in ₹9900. The item was delivered in evenings at 9 PM. The manufacturing date was SEPTEMBER 2015 (3 years old item). When I filled water, it started to leak under the caster. Next day, I visited shop and complained about manufacturing date and water leakaage and requested them to give me Havells Cooler and I was willing to pay the extra amount but the salesman was RUDE. He said they do not have EXPIREY DATE and they will not exchange but will replace the model. Another piece was delivered on the same day but that too came defective. The honeycomb was misplaced. When I complained they said they have provided a sealed item and rudely told me to contact service center. Next day a service engineer visited and fixed it. My suggestion is never go to ValuePlus. Its a VALUELESS store. If you must then buy branded item only and do not listen to their recommendation. See pictures of the item delivered to me.
