There is no value of customers time and they are unable to complete the installation of products with in stipulated time.
Be aware about their commitments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for 253L Samsung refrigerator so I looked into Google map to find nearby electronic shop. I visited the value plus store. There ia parking space for two wheeler and the shop is visible from the road. I couldn't find the particular model I was looking for. I asked them whether they can provide the particular model if I place the order. They said no. Overall the experience was nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good experience because 28.05.2020 I was purchased 1.5 ton AC (HITACHI) but they are (salesman) convinces only Samsung product also he said if I buying Samsung AC then same day installation committed but other companies products installation it will be take time.
Finally I talking with counterparts person (I don’t no name because no body’s mention name on uniform) he said no problem your HITACHI 1.5 ton five star AC will same day Install here I mention above all activity done around 10:30Hrs morning then I was pay my billing amounts one more surprising activity with me I buying one VGuard 4kv stabiliser one year warranty but stabiliser billing receipt there are no details like product serial number or batch number .overall experience is very bad before that I visited Bhatinda Valueplus division really great and well cultured .
