β β β β β This store has really gained a good reputation in varanasi for electronic purchases so I went their to purchase an AC But, what a terrible experience I have. I means are these are doing fake paid promotions like what a pathetic service they offer. They sold me a completely damaged product with missing outdoor unit and gas leakage. The matter not ends here, when I called on their customer support number, they were very good in Failed customer handling.

Very poor experience!!! Infact it was my one of worst experience over here. I purchased a Hitachi 1.5 ton split inverter AC with three star rating in afternoon around 1.30 PM. I made the payment and have been told by value plus staff that the machine will be delivered in one hour and machine will be installed by the evening. I was happy and what else I needed! But it all was deception
AC delivered late and till evening I was waiting empty handed for installation but did not get any call from Hitachi and also from Value plus. I made quick 4 to 5 calls to value plus staff regarding the issue. Finally I had to make a call to Hitachi customer care which was also very bad experience, I waited more than half an hour to talk the customer care executive and registered my complain.
Guys I will suggest not to buy any thing from Value plus store and also try to avoid buy any Hitachi product. We as customer don't have much options to make all these people a good lesson but definitely we can give them a very strong message bout their poor services.
